For athletes/teams: The mini-camps will help athletes develop mental training skills that will aid in their athletic performance. They will be exposed to a variety of mental training skills and how to use them on the individual and team level. These mini-camps can be used for teams or for individual athletes who want to get a personalized, one-time mental-training mini-camp experience.
For coaches: The mini-camps will help coaches incorporate mental training skills into their coaching, coaching style, and philosophy. Coaches can take advantage of this service as an individual or as an entire staff.
For parents: Mental training mini-camps will help parents use mental training skills and techniques to supplement their support for their athletes, team, and coaches.
Pretty cool right?
These camps can be used separately or together for athletic programs. Separately, this provides a chance for an athlete, team, coach, coaching staff, or parents to get a comprehensive mental training experience all at one time. Used together, this could be a unique way to get the team, coaching staff, and parents all on the same page. This would be clutch during the preseason (if I do say so myself!).
Along with the new mini-camp services, mental training services are now available for coaches. This can be at the individual level as well as for the entire coaching staff.
